“With this one I experienced the fun of working with a palette knife. This painting is extremely layered (more than 8 layers). I wanted this one to feel light and with a lot of space, so I felt I had to be careful with adding too much to it. For me it was really a ‘breakthrough’ in my abstract painting process.
